Osho Nadabrahma Meditation
This meditation is based on a old Tibetan method & has been updated by Osho. It is a mantra meditation. This meditation heals the heart centre of the body, calms the mind, balances the emotions & recharges your energy. This a great meditation for someone who cannot participate in any rigorous, energetic & cathartic method. Through humming all the cells of the body mind start vibrating & it has a tremendous positive effect on the body mind. It is a technique to open us for trust & bring us to peace & serenity. It is a wonderful meditation for someone who may have throat issues, bronchitis, lungs, chest problems or communication challenges. This is a beautiful meditation to practising witnessing.
This meditation can be done any time during the day & is supported by the specific audio recording of OSHO Nadabrahama Meditation music.
Osho Nadabrahma Meditation
Instructions:
This is an hour long meditation & has 3 stages. In this meditation eyes remain closed through the entire meditation.

Second one: This is from my experience of doing this meditation by myself for few months/days:
First Stage: 30 Minutes – Eyes Closed
Sitting & Humming: In this stage you can sit in a relaxed position keeping your eyes closed, start humming while keeping your mouth closed, lips together & tongue should be touching your upper part of the inside of your mouth. Start humming from belly & feel as if you are a hollow tube or a bamboo. Let this humming vibrate in your entire belly. This humming should be loud enough so that it can be easily heard by people around you. While humming you can change the pitch of it as you wish, but go on humming & do not stop. If you continue humming a point will come when you will become a watcher & humming will continue on its own. While sitting & humming you can change your body posture with slow & swift movement if you feel it.
Second Stage: 15 Minutes – Eyes Closed
Sitting & Hand Movements: Stop the humming now, the music will change & this stage is divided in two different parts of 7.5 minutes each, supported by different music.
First 7.5 Minutes: Keep your eyes closed bring both your palms at the level of your navel & start spreading them in circular motions mirroring each other, going outward & returning back to the navel. Keep both your palms in upward position. The movement should be simultaneous & very slow, as if there is no movement happening at all. While doing this movement imagine that you are giving all the love & energy to the existence.
Second 7.5 Minutes: Now the music will change & wherever your palms would be at this point, just start the reverse movement. Keep both the palms in a downwards position. Again the movement should in a slow reverse circular motion, simultaneous & very slow, as if hands are not moving at all. While doing this movement imagine that you are receiving energy from the existence.
Third Stage: 15 Minutes – Eyes Closed
Sitting: In this stage just stop the hand movements, keeping your eyes closed remain seated & just remain a witness.
